it's true. it works.
Like most people, I was a skeptic. Coming into the program, I thought, "How am I supposed to gain 15 pounds of muscle in 4 weeks with less than 30 minutes at the gym per week?"
Occam's Protocol is a workout designed by Tim Ferriss in "The 4-Hour Body" (4HB) in order to gain mass muscle in just weeks. A new program, I wanted to test it out for myself. I always considered myself toned but not "big." I've tried p90x and Insanity but they all demanded too much time and the nutrition plan was too involved. After hearing about 4HB, I set aside 4 weeks to test it out.
My progress:
I started at 14% body fat and went down to 11% somehow. I now weigh 138 pounds, up from 128 pounds when I began. So by the end of the four weeks, I had gained 10 pounds of muscle and lost 3 pounds of fat. My biceps had increased by nearly an inch and my chest increased by an inch. Next up, Geek to Freak.
After reading The 4-Hour Body, and specifically focusing on Occam's Protocol, I had numerous questions. Do I get a cheat day? Cheat meal? Do I only do one set to failure? Only two workouts? The only way I found the answers was by digging through every resource online about Occam's Protocol. So I created this website to help you get the results you want without wasting so many hours research. I've done all of it for you. Just follow the tabs above, starting from the supplements you should purchase to the workouts you'll be doing.
I did your homework for you, so you don't have to.
